Contrary to what many people believe, the "Jayson" in "Jayson Roofing Inc." is not the proper name of the owner.
Jayson Roofing started out as a company by the name of "4 Jay Roofing Systems Inc.". Created by John Bunce in the late 1980's, John saw a need in the Edmonton region for a roofing company that offered good quality products and exeptional service to all customers, including Edmonton region home builder's creating new homes for the growing area, as well as Edmonton region home owners, needing to renovate or replace their existing roof's. The name "4 Jay" actually came from John's family - John, wife Joy, son Jonathan, and daughter Jennifer, taking the first letter "J" from each family member. As the son, Jonathan grew into adulthood and became mentored in the business by father John, John slowly turned the business over to Jonathan (the son "J"), changing the business name to "Jayson" (J - son) in 1995, who has been the sole owner since 2001.

We are also fully bonded, covered by workers compensation and carry a $2,000,000.00 liability insurance policy.
JAYSON ROOFING INC. has several memberships in the Edmonton area. Among these, are memberships with the
‘Edmonton Construction Association’, the
‘Edmonton Region Home Builders’ Association’ and the
‘Better Business Bureau’.
These memberships assist us in better serving all our customers, whether they are building 300 new houses a year or simply re-roofing their own private residence.
